I ordered a 20"x8.5", 10 spoke wheel (photo L) from cousineauautoparts. What arrived was a 17", 5 spoke (photo R). Contacted cousineauautoparts and this is the reply "It should be the exact item you ordered". I tried to call but they told me that I could only go through Ebay. I sent photos and asked to exchange for correct item. Ebay eventually refunded me but silence from cousineauautoparts. I JUST WANTED THE PART I ORDERED. The only reply I got was, "It should be the exact item you ordered." No offer to exchange, no acknowledgement of screwup. BUYER BEWARE 10/10.

Absolute horrible customer service. I have been dealing with this door issue for months. When you call, if you get justin as your salesperson, hang up.Immediately. truthfully I would not call them period. Even bill, the owner seems like he does not care that his workers screw up. They definitely need to go under new management and hold the sales people accountable.

I got an oil change, tires rotated, and two different air filters. They did a great job in a timely manner. I appreciate that they send pictures to your phone of the dirty filters. The service manager, Jesse, kept me informed and the tech, I didn't get his name, was good too.

DO BOT BUY CRUCIAL PARTS HERE! I called on a Friday morning. Ordered an axle off the phone, which I was told would fit my vehicle after I gave a very detailed description of what I needed. I was told that I would get a call the following Monday and it would be ready for pick up Monday afternoon. I receive no call Monday or Tuesday and they did not answer my calls during their business hours or return my messages about my order. Left me in the dark for a week and a half order the wrong axle and had it shipped, all for them just to tell me they don’t have the right part for me. This is after I had to get behind their desk and input the information correctly for them. Incredibly unprofessional and time wasting, please shop anywhere else.

Been here before for parts and always got quality used parts at a very good price. I used the coupons recently mailed out to local residents for an oil change. I also requested to have the suspension inspected. i appreciate the extra time the service techs put into taking photos of worn parts and putting them into a digital report of necessary repairs to make BEFORE a breakdown. i love that the report is simple to access, read, and share with others. Brilliant idea. I highly recommend this shop.
